As a reminder, our monthly lot rents start at $550 per month, and our rental home prices range from $1000-1250 per month.

To become a resident, you will need to have an income of two and a half (2.5) times the monthly rate.

For the wellbeing of each of our residents, we do require credit and background screenings.
