Attached is a New Resident Application. Once completed, please gather the documents listed below and submit them with your application. Submitting a complete application with all applicable documentation will ensure your application is processed quickly.
The following original documents are required for all applicants:
- Completed residency application. All occupants 18 or older must complete their own application. We are unable to accept applications in the name of business entity.
- A valid form of identification
- Examples of acceptable forms of identification
- State issued Driver’s License
- Passport
- Military Identification
- State issued Identification Card
- Proof of income
- A valid form of identification
- Minimum 2.5 x the monthly rent
- 2 months of verifiable income
- Examples of acceptable proof of income
- Standard W-2 Employees – Last two months of paystubs or a fully executed offer of employment letter on original company letterhead.
- Self-employed – Last two year’s filed tax returns.
- Independent Contractor – Most recent 1099(s) plus last two months of payment proof.
- Retirement, SSI, Disability, Unemployment, Vouchers – Award letter or last two bank statements with consistent, source identified auto-deposits.
- Child Support and/or Alimony – Divorce Decree or Court Order and two months of payment proof.
- Rental Income – Most recent tax return showing reported income or an executed lease agreement and two months of payment proof.
- Cash Income – Three months’ worth of bank statements showing recurring deposits.
- Application fee of $50 per applicant.Please ensure you are making your check, money order, or cashier’s check payable to the community that you are applying for.

Once your completed application has been received it will be submitted for review and you will typically be notified within 72 hours of the status. Each background check will include criminal history, eviction history, credit check and verification of income. If the application is approved, final residency approval will be conditioned upon receipt of any required security deposit and all monies owed at the time of move in.

Our adorable rates include electricity, water, and sewer. We are also pet-friendly, so be sure to bring Fido along for endless fun in the sun!
Bedrock Cypress Harbor
Bedrock Cypress Harbor is an active 55+ community, conveniently located in Winter Haven. Also known as the Chain of Lakes City, Winter Haven has over 50 lakes within the city limits. Winter Haven is a classic little town with a modern twist. With direct access to Lake Dexter, Bedrock Cypress Harbor allows you to enjoy an evening stroll from home with a scenic view of the sunset.
