FORMS REQUIRED FOR ALL APPLICANTS:

After completing the form at right, a member of our team will reach out to assist with submitting your required documents. In the meantime, please review and gather all items listed below:

 

Valid Form of Identification – acceptable forms include:

  • State Issued Driver’s License
  • Passport
  • Military Identification
  • State Issued Identification Card

 

Proof of Income – acceptable documents include:

  • Standard W-2 Employees – Last two months of paystubs or a fully executed offer of employment letter on original company letterhead
  • Self-employed – Last two year’s filed tax returns
  • Independent Contractor – Most recent 1099(s) plus last two months of payment proof
  • Retirement, SSI, Disability, Unemployment, Vouchers – Award letter or last two bank statements with consistent source identified auto-deposits
  • Child Support and/or Alimony – Divorce Decree or Court Order and two months of payment proof
  • Rental Income – Most recent tax return showing reported income or an executed lease agreement and two months of payment proof
  • Cash Income – Three months worth of bank statements showing recurring deposits

 

  • The Minimum Income Requirement is 2.5 x the Monthly Home or Lot Rent Amount
  • 2 Months of Verifiable Income Must be Supplied

 

Completed Residency Application – Provided by Bedrock Communities

  • All occupants 18 or older must complete their own application, which will be provided by the community
  • We are unable to accept applications in the name of business entity

 

Application Fee – $50 Per Applicant

Check, money order, or cashier’s check must be made payable to the community that you are applying to
