Situated in a quiet neighborhood on Shell Point Road near Little Harbor, River Haven is only one street from Little Manatee River, which provides convenient access to some of Florida’s best fishing, and some of the best boating in Tampa Bay. Just next door our residents enjoy the local area gem known as The Fish House, where fried seafood is plentiful and can be enjoyed outdoors, picnic-style, or taken back home.
